I have a claim at Shaw right now thru a carpet dealer. They told him they would restretch it again . We paid $5000.00 for this carpet and we have tried to live with it. Well it will just happen again. The warranty was 20 or 25 years. I guess we made a mistake buying the Twist style as they don't even sell it anymore .
