Total scam. The US Post office charges $1.00 for you to change your address. This company simply takes all of the information that's required by the US Post office and submits it themselves but charges $79.95. It didn't even clearly state the total charges that my debit card would receive either. My fiance and I just moved homes. She was able to find the correct website to change the address and she successfully changed the address for $1.00. Her confirmation email stated that it would go into effect within 7-10 days. The confirmation email I received from this company stated it would take 10-14 days. I guarantee all of their revenue goes to SEO and employing middle east inbound call reps to issue refund tickets. Total scam. Hope they get hit with a class action suit soon.
