6+ year old tires

Sold me 6 year old tires. Customer service says they are only brokers and are not respinsible for what a warehouse sends. Offered to take tires back for newer tires or 50% off. Were a bit slow with refund but processed it immediately after I complained about slow refund. Reading internet it seems they often ship old tires.
