WE PLACED ORDERS IN OCTOBER, WE RECEIVED YESTERDAY A PARTIAL SHIPMENT. WE HAD INCOMPLETED ORDER, OUR CUSTOMER ARE DEMANDING THE ITEMS. 3M REPRESENTATIVE DO NOT RESPOND , TELEFONE,EMAIL. 3M ARE NOT COMPLIACE WITH THE STANDARD. BAD COMPANY,BAD SERVICE
