They are charging me a $25 monthly customer service fee for over a year. I told them I've never heard of a customer service fee this high! When I called, I was told the fee paid for administrative needs and the meter reader! I've never seen this on any of my other gas bills, even from Atmos in previous years. I've made several demands for somone to explain these ridiculous fees and to refund my money. They send me automated emails and have done everything to avoid resolving or helping me with this issue. I am disabled and have a miniscule monthly budget. I am completely powerless, Scary! With such low gas consumption in Texas, its the one bill Texans don't stress out about, and this scandalous company has to take advantage of that and add a monthly $25 customer service fee! Ive had this charge monthly for over a year, anyone have this on their bills?
