Update by user Dec 10, 2019 Wall beside refrigerator broke loose from anchor at floor during 1st trip.LED decorative lighting in living area slide facia was defective. There is an opening somewhere in this unit that allows wasps and Japanese beetles to get inside the trailer(this is happening even when unit is closed up for storage). Update by user Dec 10, 2019 About 2 feet of mounting track for Main canopy over door pulled loose from body of trailer the 1st time it was opened. Original review posted by user Dec 10, 2019 Water leaks from the bottom of slide while traveling in the rain. Trim constantly falling off the slides. Water leaking onto bed from top of slide in bedroom. Bedroom slide was ripping screws from trailer body while putting slide in or out. TV coax wiring was screwed up when I took delivery, my son and I ran the issues with the coax down and repaired those ourselves under warranty. Pop up TV in living area- mounting screws pulled loose from wall; I fixed that myself under warranty. Gasket around door for slide of outdoor kitchen is falling out and I was told that type of repair is part of the homeowner maintenance.(Really in the 1st year) Slide wiper seal under outdoor kitchen is crumbling and falling out. Thermostat for main a/c unit was faulty from factory, sometimes unit would shut off and within 5-10 seconds try to come back on making weird noises NOT common for air conditioners(Again I repaired this myself during the initial warranty period)
