20/20 ENHANCED COVERAGE PLAN

I started this process on March 24, 2019 in an attempt to get my glasses replaced due to a new prescription. According to the 20/20 Enhanced Coverage Plan, my glasses were covered for a $15 processing fee-which they took immediately. I was told on Mar. 24 that because this was a new prescription, I would not have to send in my current glasses, only a copy of the new prescription-which I have done 3 times now! by the way, I can't see without my glasses. The Customer Service Rep then informs me that it will me 2-3 days before I hear from the Returns Dept...…..this last time, the 2-3 days turned into 7-8 days. I give up.....I'll never do this again.
