Hello, I have had £15 taken from my account. I believe this is because I signed up after buying a train ticket. I was never made aware of this meaning money would be taken from my account. I want my money back and I want this subscription cancelled, if it is a subscription. I earn minimum wage and can hardly afford to pay rent or eat, so you've made it even more difficult for me in these already hard times. I hope you sort this out. Regards, Patrick McCarthy
