My son had a 12pm appointment, we arrive 10 minutes early and waited till 1:22pm as everyone that came in after us get called in to see the dentist and leave. I then asked what took so long cause everyone that came after us had left and we're the only one left in the lobby without being called in and the receptionist went to ask and told us it's going to be another hour to hour and a half to see the doctor. Seriously why schedule me at 12 if I'm not going to get to see them till 3pm!!!
