10 year customer disappointed

This company has me second guessing my business with them. I call in and get misinformed, this is the reason I never call and just pay my bill. This month was different I paid partial and set up the remaining balance for a bill 3 weeks ago. I was informed I was sent a disconnect notice last week. Payment was set up online thru their system for 09/04/18, electric was disconnected 08/30. Never a returned payment, I even have my checking info set on my profile to pay every month. I have preferred contact thru email. I do paperless on all my bills but you sent it thru the mail. Not one phone call, nothing. I guess that’s their version of good customer service. Oh, FYI just because you have a payment set up for past due amount does not mean they can’t disconnect your service. Supposedly it’s on their website, which I have yet to see. I never file complaints but this company had me raising my voice at 7am.
