Poor service
We arrived at Multikino for the last screening at 22. 20 ("Superstorm" on November 9, 2017). We went to the box office to buy tickets. The girl looked at the computer for a while, then approached her colleague, the two whispers discussed something and then we were told that there was a change and this session would not be tonight. It should be mentioned that we, a family of 3, were the only ones to come. Then the feeling was that the girls wanted to get home sooner and decided that they would apologize for the problems and not show the film. We had no choice but to go to the Alpha Cinema at the last minute, of course late.
