Ignoring Customers
Customer service is not at a terrible level, but at its worst. The customer is not notified when the product will be delivered and whether it is available at all. When calling the office, they are promised to call back, but there is absolute silence on their part. In any case, this is my first negative experience with online stores, so I will avoid this company in the future.
