Did not deliver the item, now does not return money
Shop online store Tehnoline does not return money for unreceived product. I have purchased a gas stove in the online store tehnoline March 12, 2019. They immediately asked to pay the bill in full. E-mail wrote delivery date 25.03.2019 and sent the invoice. I pay the bill. The product was not delivered in March or April. I then called, wrote. Calls are not answered. Responded irregularly to my letters. The last e-mail from the store was: the information has been received and transferred to the accounting, the money will be transferred until 18.04,2019. I'm still waiting for money. No money.
