Payment taken out of my account but not delivered to recipient

I put in the wrong phone number for my recipient. I called to change it (Zelle) but was told a different story by each person (Banker) I talked to. Some said I might not get it back to others saying I should have received it this morning. No one seems to know what’s going on.

Error message when signing in

I been using Zelle for about 2 months and now I get a error message when trying to sign in. I called Zelle customer service and they said I am no longer eligible to use Zelle. ? For what reason?? Nothing has changed from 2 months ago. Stupid User’s recommendation: unreliable.
