Poor service and inability to provide proper service
The operator offers fantastically fast internet during the trial period (20 mbps) as soon as the trial period ends and the contract closed, internet speeds range from 2 mbps to 8 mbps. Everything seen on tv is twitching. Operators can't help, pretend to know my apartment better than me, close the conversation in an unkind tone, send a master to the wrong apartment, who then announces via SMS that the Internet is not to blame. Emails requesting a price reduction if they are unable to provide a proper service and no response to the evidence. I do not recommend! Don't go for a trial trial balance call.
