Reception
This morning I went to KVC to make a sanitary book. After visiting my family doctor, I went to the reception to get information about RTG, where I was greeted by a lady with short blonde hair, aged 50-60 and with a condemning look. Asked me questions in a harsh and screaming tone, which of course made me feel very uncomfortable. For most of her questions, my answers mostly consisted of "I don't really know" about how many books I was making for the first time and I went to the reception to find out what I needed to do. That's what receptionists are for, if I'm not mistaken. On her hacked sentence "You have to pay 13 € for RTG!" I answered "I know", followed by the lady's answer "At least you know that!". Maybe I also exaggerated a bit, but it seems to me that such communication with the client is simply unacceptable. I am not asking this lady to fly me or any other client, but I do need to know some of the smallest forms of culture and communication. My stepfather had also enjoyed the woman's sharp speech and arrogant attitude. From now on, you will have to avoid this lady as much as possible so as not to ruin your mood for the whole day. Fortunately, this incident had no effect on the quality of KVC treatment or whatever.
