Incorrect Information

Saturday, 2019 On October 20, leaving the airport terminal, I saw that it was possible to choose between "green" and "red" taxis. The difference is in the entrance agreement (tariffs are clearly written on the door for both companies) - for reds - USD 1.20, for green ones - USD 1.00. The tariff for both is the same - it seems 0.45ls / km was... Due to price considerations in the chosen green;) Then, when boarding, the driver recorded my boarding with 1.50 dollars. To my question: "What then are the tariffs for you- there is another tariff at the door!" The manager frustratedly replied that nothing else was written there and typed with his finger on the panel. There, white on black had the same fare as on the door and next to the small letters - outside the city, there are other prices: boarding USD 1.50, but driving - USD 0.50 per km. So I wasn't sure that there was only one fare on the door, I continued on my way. On the road, however, the busy driver of the driver passed uninterruptedly via mobile phone. called colleagues and wondered which of them can go to place "X" to take a customer... YES, at 11 o'clock in the morning the manager had not yet managed to insert his business card in its holder... Farewell, the manager had already forgotten about me, because it was urgent to take the client to the place "X". The overall impression is: 3- on a 10-point scale. Question American Taxi: "Should a passenger get into a taxi to ask about the conformity of the indicated tariffs to the trip, or would it be the driver's / company's responsibility?" Any company priorities are different? Next time, do not ask, but proceed at the rate shown where it is read by the customer BEFORE making a choice.
