Misleading information in the event of an insurance.
When purchasing a new phone from the Telstra store. Insurance was purchased for the phone. After 1 week the phone stops working. Personally, the suspicion was on the obvious fact that it was raining in the evening and the clothes were a little wet. Take the phone to the Telstra store for repair. I would take insurance papers before. A Telstra employee said that no paperwork was needed, but in the event that the Warranty Service did not work, Mttc would then contact me and in that case I would need to arrange an insurance application for a repair for a fee. The information was MALDINOSA. White refused insurance because it turns out that the insurance application had to be submitted on the same day (2 days after the damage occurred). As a result, due to misleading information from a Telstra employee, I have to pay the full repair price of 299 dollars!
