Poor service

Unfortunately, today we had to be disappointed and realize that the company's employees are not completely competent and united. On Monday, I ordered a huawei p30 lite device with home delivery on Telstra Home. I ordered black, but still decided to buy another color, so on the day of delivery (Friday) I contacted the courier and canceled my order. I went to the Telstra center to buy a phone on the spot. The girl who served kindly explained that this will not be possible at the moment, because the previous order is still "hanging in the air". Okay, call the Telstra info phone and ask what to do in such a situation. The guy opposite kindly explains that it takes a couple of hours for them to go for the iExpress order to be refused. I repeatedly asked if really a couple of h. The guy convinced methat everything will be ok and today I will be able to get a phone in the Telstra center. Ok, security after I took it until the next day (Saturday) and went to shape the phone. No wonder my order is still hanging in the air and I can't get a phone. Ok, call the info phone again. Here another guy immediately says that the order is canceled only when the phone returns to the warehouse (Monday) and currently there is no solution to this situation. I explained that I was leaving on Sunday and I needed a phone today, to which the guy replied that then only one could take another number. I ask if I will be reimbursed for the subscription fee for that new number. No, you will have to pay. Ha, how kind. The service will not charge, but you have to pay? they can connect a new number, but they can't cancel a device that I don't physically have at all. The essence of the problem here is that the guywith whom I spoke on Friday was incompetent, answered incorrectly, as a result of which I was left without a telephone. If he had told me right away that it would not be possible to draw up immediately afterwards, he would have called the courier and taken what I had ordered. Well nothing, I went to AuMobile and bought more expensive from them. And it looks like I'm going to go to them as well, because they solve customer problems on Saturdays.
