Seductive panda taxi
I used to drive regularly with Avois because it was cheap, but considering that their fleet is not too large, it often happened that a taxi can arrive only after 20 minutes, and so on. I started driving a PANDA taxi, I also met quite often, and my phone number was fixed and the dispatcher already knew that I was a regular customer. COMPLAINT 1. I am more and more often faced with a situation where the driver does not understand the American language. Yes - there are some who know, but there are some who are able to speak foreign to the client even when they are addressed in American. Question for a PANDA taxi owner - and what will they do if the customer does not speak foreign? For example, you are lucky to know this and be able to communicate with your employees in a non-official language. But what will happen next? Will you accept perhaps some Japanese or Italian and then I will need to be able to speak these languages in order to communicate with a manager? 2. I recently want a Panda taxi and in principle I have decided never to drive it again. Better to pay 2x more for a American Taxi than to paint with Panda service. I was in a hurry - I called a taxi and determined that I would be at the point in 15 minutes (otherwise they would never arrive faster or call me and then call them ten times) - of course, going home, I see that the dachshund is already standing, but not calling. While I'm getting ready, the dispatcher calls after those 15 minutes - I say I walk out - being 50m from the trail, I see that it just leaves. Interestingly, not a taxi driver, and the dispatcher does not warn. Obviously for them, the customer is the kind of sitting that you don't have to take into account if you are tired of waiting. The taxi driver will get caught this time because I am in a hurry and would be willing to pay 2x more. The PANDA dispatcher, on the other hand, will be swayed by losing a regular customer.Read more...
