Fraud, cheap and poor
Very gross and large-scale mass fraud. When a company is interested in Telstra mobile telephony services, a relatively expensive connection is sold compared to competitors' prices to companies for an identical service, but the company's employee designs it without the customer's knowledge as a service with a 50% discount.
