Lawnmower blade flung off the lawnmower propelled around the garage like a helocopter

Our new lawnmower we bought and used twice. The blade flew off and propelled around our garage like a helicopter and seriously almost killed my husband. The blades were already assembled obviously this is very dangerous and was very traumitzing

My yard machine 675exi is a disappointment. The carburetor seems to be a constant problem. In trying to contact customer service, I was run through a series of options Then dropped my call.

The model 675exi constantly has to be taken to the shop for carburetor problems. Very frustrating dealing with this product. User’s recommendation: Don’t purchase the Yard machine 675exi with the present Briggs and Stratton engine, it’s money waisted.
