Want to purchase a part for roter tiller

I realize you all could be busy but you say that our call is important and I have waited on the phone twice for nearly 30 minutes without anybody coming on I need a part for a rototiller but I can't find a part number on it I can find some other information maybe we could cross-reference but I need to talk to a person and it seems to be impossible for somebody to talk to
