product failure 2019 yz250fx / dealership service is poor

Purchased new on 4/26/19. Rode only once on 4/28/19. Noted problems on first ride with clutch and adjustment and not properly operating. Consulted owners manual, and local dealership. Inadequate Driving

Hello! Around 17:10 Cincinatti bus park driver with a 12A bus (I also recorded the bus number plate) told me on the road and drove over me, because he was crossing my lane, I was forced to enter as a result, everything could have ended badly. I was waiting for this driver to call to see why he was driving over me, the driver was very inadequate to find out, the answers were not there. as a result in the end he just told me - go you di! A call to the State Police to find out how to deal with such a situation, said to take note of Cincinatti bus park or write a written complaint!
