No! Never!!

Ive called for 3 days waiting on hold for hours and I havent talked to anyone!!! This is ridiculous! Who has time to wait hours on the phone when an issue can be resolved in a matter of minutes!! This is the worse customer service Ive ever experienced!! The WORSE!!!

You will NEVER get an answer if you call.

Out of the blue I get a letter from them to no longer send payments to Synchrony bank. They send me a bill saying I’m overdue on January’s payment due on the first on the 21st of January. I have clocked 18000 kms on my 2018 r15 v2 which is 20 months old and the bike is eating oil so Yamaha what type of bikes ur manufacturing m really disappointed by Yamaha.

The bike have clocked 18k kms and the bike is eating half litres of oil on every 2.5k kms so Yamaha what type of low quality bikes ur manufacturing I will never ever buy a Yamaha product in my life
