This looks like a major fraud by Yahoo / Aabaco

My issues remain the same as many others posted on this thread. Not able to access my Yahoo small business email for last 4 days. Forced to install Yahoo mail app that has also stopped accessing my Yahoo small business account now. No customer care reachable. Where to report this fraud by Yahoo?
