Poor service, says the item was delivered, but it's not

I ordered Rd online store huawei smart device huawei band 4 sakura pink, with the receipt of Tc damme, I received an SMS that my order will be in the store 8.11.2019 pl. 13.00. 11/8/2019 Swallowed, entering the Rd online store's website in my office, I saw that it was written that the product was not available, I called the online store, where I was explained that the product would be in the store for a certain period of time. Then I also went to the store, but pl. 14.00 my order was not in the store. I called around pl. 16.00 again to the online store, and I also wrote to them, to which I received information that my product is already in the store, that I can receive it, I was in the store, but the goods were not, again 10.11.2019. I was in the store and my goods were not, explained that there are probably problems in the online store, so waiting for sms, sometime there will already be my product... The child was left without the promised gift...
