Poor service
Zuma. the most horrible online store that has hit my path.. I ordered the iron, the delivery was written 1 day, it took 14 days and the iron is still not there, it was supposed to be a gift and now the birthday has arrived and everything is damaged, I can't call them at all all these days. Article emails have no answers. Danger I'm terribly disappointed. Then when I finally called me answered that it could only be shipped the next day, but the same was told to me when I ordered. My questions why the e-mail is not answered and the phone is not answered are answered. That like it was at the computer... 14 days it is not 2 h... Simply a terrible office does not cope with its responsibilities and yet answers the phone roughly.. Promised to transfer money back and dropped the handset... Very rude woman, unpleasant to shop in such a store. Hopefully the money has been sent in full.. Because delivery was also paid for.
