Bite, another company

We agreed with a bit that from the next month (March) I will be entitled to a 50% discount on the bill, I receive March bill, of course, no discounts. Calling a bit, they answer that they cannot explain why this discount is not available and will apply it from May. Of course, all this amuses me, because it will not be a month without problems with this different company. Mighty fraudsters! : )
