Poor service
On Sunday evening (15. 09. 2020) I went to the dental clinic "DENTA" because I had acute toothache and needed help. When I got to the doctor's office, I told my grief that my tooth on my upper left side was sore. The doctor decided to do an x-ray to know what to do with me next. When making the x-ray, the doctor said that the last tooth with a hole was to blame, and also stated that there was neither inflammation nor purulence. It was decided to inject anesthesia, clean a little and put the medicine in the tooth. I got two anesthetic syringes, after which it even felt a toothache from time to time during the repair process. When all was over the doctor prescribed an analgesic. Antibiotics were not excavated because I have no inflammation and there is no need. When I returned home, I realized that there was nothing better left. It hurts just as terrible. The prescribed painkillers also did not help much. This morning everything is unchanged. It hurts. In the middle of the day, the cheek is already very visible and the medicine does not help. The temperature is already 37. 9. I am currently looking forward to tomorrow when I see another dentist, with all my swollen face and sore teeth. Sadly, I paid 60 dollars for nothing. For absolutely nothing. I don't feel a bit better. I do not believe that the inflammation appeared to me at night. It's very unfortunate that the doctor looking at the picture says that everything is fine for me even though it is not. I would like to receive an answer from this company about who is to blame in this situation and how to proceed, as I feel cheated at the moment.
