They didnt answer my call. I want to cancel an order that was made using my credit card 3 hours ago because I am not in conditions to buy this product in this moment.

Need to cancel order i just placed 153092

They accepted a cancelation on this order the next day I got a notice it was shipped. Called them and they said nothing they could do. I refused delivery on package and it was returned to sender. Waiting for refund on this item, Can you please check on that?
