Transfer of money

I booked a remittance transction, bank deposit as the delivery method, on June 25. Funds were transfered the following day after which they are committed to complete the said transaction within 24hours. Someone made an unauthorized transaction using my debit card. This company is impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I have sent an email and I have called my bank. I want my money back. Poor service

It was necessary to make medicine at the beginning of the week. Since I regularly shop in Benu pharmacy, I went there because it is advertised that medicines are being prepared there. But... it was a big disappointment when I placed the order. I was grossly refused to come in 3 days or to go to another pharmacy, which also prepares medicines. Of course, I went to the second pharmacy, where the medicine was made for me on the same day. Question: Why is it advertised that medicines are being made but not being served?
