Tried to send money and could not complete

I tried to send money to Esther Emmanuel Sunday and got an alert saying my payment was canceled. I have sent money to her before, and I am trying to send to her now. Need help in knowing why?

Cant use my card to sent money

Im unable to send money. Its keeps saying that I cancelled and to try a new card. I try a new card and I get the same message. I called the bank to both CC’s and both say it is not in their end.
