ESC on WLToys model #12427 broke

Order not Received and cannot sign-in to Account

Ordered in March 2020 but still no delivery or status as of April 2020. Appears that wl-toys.com may be a fake website that takes money but never delivers. Trying to contact manufacturer

Purchased a 1:12 electric 4wd climbing car, charged it and it will only run for 3 seconds before shutting down. User’s recommendation: Unable to contact customer service.

This thing is totally worth it and fast!

I have one problem, my brushed motor on the a959-b is clogged and it wont make the tires go I dont know how to fix it and when I pressed the gas it started to smoke please help me
