Impossible to get hold of unless you ring premium numbers WRONG VERY VERY WRONG. So i bombarded every Wizz Air email address I could hard but worth it in the end sorted in two day. Contactacted complaints department they say will contact within 30 DAYS WRONG WRONG WRONG that is not service.

Doesn't answer email, doesn't answer calls... Don't contact this company! Get around the bend because the promises do not fall into the "wallet".
