Successo che non so in che modo stato invertito nome e cognome! E poi ho acquistato polizza assicurativa del viaggio ma in realtà non copre il viaggio! Assurdo! Chiedo cortesemente annullamento e rimborso della spesa dell’acquisto della polizza assicurativa.

Canceled flights without any concern for the troubles created to customers, rebooking for double the time of the original flights and not wanting to cover any of the possible incurred expenses. Doesn't answer email, doesn't answer calls... Don't contact this company! Get around the bend because the promises do not fall into the "wallet".
