My card isn’t working

I don’t know haven’t receive my card yet from my employer. Hopefully I will get it on tomorrow. I did sent a copy of my driver’s licenses and a copy of my social security card to you guys so I hope every thing is correct with my card

This company is the worst at helping their customers.

My card account had been hit for almost $40 and they locked my card and requested a new one then charged me $24 to have it shipped overnight (this was on Thursday) and here it is Monday and my new card still hasn’t arrived.
