I purchased WinZip to open files and after purchasing and many download attempts, it was completely ineffective. I canceled my subscription but they still charged me on my visa. I have contacted them several times and they respond but are too busy right now to help me,my next stop is my Visa. User’s recommendation: Do not deal with this company.
Have not heard back yet on solution. Access code says it is not correct even when correct information is put in.
