I have been a Telstra customer for 2 years. I pay bills and installments on time at Telstra, also at Telstra I took the internet one month ago. Today I wanted to switch from bee, but I am refused a purchase because I am blacklisted. Is this on their blacklist? Solvency has not changed for the worse.
