WWD SC charge alot of money but poor services, no h/keepers or nurses to attend the residents needs

Wild-wood downs over-charging the residents, while they never have enough workers, treat their workers like slaves, no house-keepers and nurses on floors.Young People with no qualifications at all, giving the elderly medication, while on the phone the whole time.
