Website mismatch
Errors after ordering the wrong ticket. I wanted to come back. I looked at how to get it ready. The Mobilly website said that you should log in to your profile, click on the "tickets" section, select the relevant ticket, click on i and cancel the ticket with your money back in your account. I walked through the whole website, but I didn't find such a section "tickets" either. She just wasn't there. I was able to find my transaction history but the "tickets" section is not. It also fails to cancel your ticket. It happened after 23:00 so I couldn't call them either, but the bus at five in the morning. Their call hours are from 8 a. m. to 8 p. m.
