Won’t brew

I have a Saeco O’dea Go. Last November I purchased a new brew group. I brewed a cup this morning and when I went to brew the second cup the descaling light and the dredge drawer indicator lights began flashing quickly alternating back and forth and did not brew a cup.

I have tried contacting them a few times but no live person can be contacted for the repair of my espresso machine which I had bought from them

I had bought a ECM espresso machine from them. Couple of months later it stopped heating up though the pump seem to be working.
