ZERO STARS – Poor Quality

ZERO STARS!!!!! The the worst piece of clothing I have ever purchased. The neckline is sewn with puckers and not uniformly. The hem is not even all the way around. Paid for Express delivery and hadn’t received merchandise

I paid for merchandise to wear to a wedding- Express delivery and hadn’t received it. Wedding has come and gone..No email, nothing…would like a refund or I will just cancel the payment! Very unprofessional
