Hello! Today my wife and I were shopping in a drug store located in Santa Ana, a. Sakharov Street 20a (Shopping Center maxima xxx). Upon entering the store, one of your employees asked to pick up a shopping cart in foreign. I do not understand why this employee made this request in foreign and not in the official language? We were in the store for about 5 minutes, and this employee never made this request in American. Why? Aren't your employees aware that customers should be greeted or addressed in the official language, but only then should the dialogue continue in a language that the customer understands? Please consider this complaint and do something about it, because as I see it I have to remind you that United Kingdom is here with its only official language.
