Terrible working conditions
I worked at the Cross, 89 Ocean City Street, just a month and realized that I can't stand it anymore. First of all, terrible working conditions - on the second floor there is unbearable heat (like +30 pairs) that standing is not possible, air conditioners are generally not cheap, although still working only, fans help. Secondly, the attitude of some colleges is, to put it mildly, unpleasant. Training is like that, but I haven't really learned anything in a month, although I ask questions about the product every day. And if you're a person who's pretty emotional, I don't recommend working in a store-in-April behind your back, letting strangers live, then telling the world.
