Penalty fraud (free parking)
Beware of Mobilly parking - you can be condemned (35euro) even if free parking is provided (30 minutes)! I drove to Bosch service (to run to buy a part), said that free parking for 30 minutes, was a big surprise when after 5-8 minutes of absence, when I returned, I found a penalty receipt (35 dollars). The parking lots are not equipped with information about the payment procedure (that the free voucher needs to be printed out), and it is not possible to see that this is a paid parking lot (101 Mukusalas Street), because the Mobilly sign is only on one side of the parking lot (with all payment machines). Afterwards, people I met in the parking lot say that Mobilly's car is on duty there and glues penalties at the earliest opportunity (without waiting even 5 minutes). By calling the number (citypark.org) about the complaint, no one answers and recommends filling in the complaint electronically (for which there is no confirmation - that something has been accepted), and promises to answer within 10 working days! (needless to say, the payment period is shorter). The penalty is also very symbolic - 35 dollars for a 5-minute stop at the store (the store itself tried to contact Mobilly and avoid misunderstandings, but they were "shot"). There has never been a penalty for parking - Mobilly / cityparks pretends to be fraudsters.
