Webafrica absolutely terrible, not answering phone. Have been on Whatsup support for the 3rd day with no resolution and today absolutely no response. Fiber outage on Vumate in Weltevreden Park, Roodep

Fiber outage for more than 48 hours and no resolution and or feedback. I have been in Whatsup support with no resolution in sight sin Thursday morning. No escalation and no ownership form Webafrica or Vumate. Absolutely terrible User’s recommendation: Don’t use them.
