Very poor service and maintenance
Stand for 15 minutes. In a queue at one service box, the employee suddenly announces that she has to go to another service box, which has about 10 people in the queue... Asking why, she just mutters that the product has to be booked and the minimum waiting time is another 15 minutes. Well, out of 3 cash registers, only 1. Rows outside the cabin. It's a nightmare... if you're switching to other tariff plans, plan ahead... because standing in the second row is already standing for 20 minutes. and there are 5 more people ahead. Employees work very slowly.
