There is a very negative experience with Realia Ltd. For all those who plan to buy a property in cooperation with Realat, I advise not to believe the words of the broker that with the documents necessary for the transaction to take place, everything is in order. Before signing any agreement, you should check at least the documents mentioned in the section "Sale of property - 7 steps" on the Realat website, as the broker, when offering you the object, is not responsible for it. I lost time, money and faith, I learned a good lesson.
