Unable to call
I didn't receive any text messages from FedEx when I found out the tracking number from the sender, I found out that the package is already there 7, it is the last day. when i call omnivu after some 20x tell the situation and ask either can't tell me their withdrawal no. (because the call from that no. to which the sms was sent) or send it to the email, they answer that they will send manually and then receive which of course did not happen. call after 4 h than fails. The main thing is that neither the website nor the parcel machines also indicate the time when to call when not. It follows that you can call 24 hours a day. I recommend avoiding the FedEx.
